Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across IT, advertising, and digital marketing roles.
• Strategize and execute mass hiring drives to meet business expansion needs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce plans
• Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, including the use of AI tools, portals, and social media.
• Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven expertise in mass hiring and volume recruitment.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and professional network with vast connections.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize hiring performance.
