Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Noida, India. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying needs to onboarding successful candidates. Tasks include developing and executing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong employer brand. The role demands efficient handling of multiple job openings and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within the industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
