Job Title: Sales Head - Domestic Staffing Overview: As the Sales Head for Domestic Staffing, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth and profitability of our domestic staffing division. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence, acquire new clients, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic plan for the domestic staffing , aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation, growth, and profitability. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the client base and revenue streams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staffing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and career goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic staffing solutions to address their needs. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality services and maintaining ongoing communication and support. Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for the domestic staffing, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the the financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Market Analysis and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Utilize market insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the division's competitiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the staffing industry, with a focus on domestic staffing. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. Sound financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry, including market trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Location: B 30, 3rd floor , Noida Sector 6 Salary As per the industry norms.
