Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to spearhead our client 

acquisition efforts in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for 

identifying potential clients, building strong B2B relationships, and driving revenue through 

consistent field-based sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Identify and acquire new clients within the F&B industry for the supply of agriscience

based products. 

 Develop and implement a field sales strategy to achieve assigned targets. 

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the Food & 

Beverage sector. 

 Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends. 

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closure. 

 Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and documentation of all sales activities. 

 Collaborate closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure smooth service
