Join us.We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the Middle East market to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent for our Middle Eastern operations.
Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the Middle East regionManage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiationCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptionsUtilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processesImplement employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation in the Middle EastStay updated on Middle Eastern labour laws, market trends, and best practices in talent acquisitionMentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of the talent acquisition teamDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders, community organisations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibilityPartner with hiring managers to establish recruitment strategiesCreate and foster relationships with industry organisations to attract and recruit candidatesOrganise, lead, and document post-interview debrief and feedback with interview teams and candidates
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on the Middle East marketProven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles across multiple industriesStrong understanding of Middle Eastern culture, business practices, and labor lawsProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologiesExcellent interviewing and talent assessment skillsStrong analytical and reporting abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
