The curriculum development team supports Pega employees, customers, and partners in getting up-to-speed on each new release of Pega Platform quickly and efficiently. We trust each other’s diverse expertise, support one another’s professional goals, and work together with technical experts to create impactful and engaging experiences for internal and external learners.

At Pega, we are a group of curious individuals, tech-savvy teachers, and Pega software experts who work collaboratively to educate users on our low-code technology tools.
In collaboration with the team, you will apply your field experience to design and write scenario-based missions, develop both conceptual and instructional videos, and create interactive challenges for learners with varied technical experience. You will create and maintain Pega applications for use in challenges. You will support the enhancement and maintenance of internal Pega applications like Exercise System Manager, which are used by the curriculum development teams. You will stay connected with what is happening in the field and in the product teams to provide input to the curriculum team.
