Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of end-to-end software solutions in a dynamic, fully remote environment. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of feature development, and leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in cloud infrastructure, API design, and full-stack web technologies. You will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of projects while mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Lead the full development lifecycle for software features, from architecture to deployment
• Ensure service reliability by implementing monitoring, alerts, and proactive issue resolution
• Maintain high code quality through standards enforcement, code reviews, and automated testing
• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive continuous learning and efficiency improvements by sharing insights and adopting new tools
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side technologies (C#, .NET preferred)
• 2-3 years of professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js, with strong understanding of hooks, Redux or Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, including RESTful API design and development
• Proficiency with SQL Server or other relational databases and experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework or Dapper
• Experience with frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Familiarity with Git version control and working in CI/CD pipeline environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience in Agile/Scrum teams
• Bonus points: experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and knowledge of advanced cloud management practices or AWS/GCP certifications
