Senior Software Development Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining a US based multi-billion dollar global brand as a Member of Technical Staff 4 / 5, focusing on Golang and AWS technologies. Your role will involve actively leading the transformation and modernisation journey of various software offerings with next-gen technologies at their world-class engineering center in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Develop software solutions leveraging your expertise in software development, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure. - Lead large-scale engineering initiatives, set architectural direction, and mentor cross-functional teams. - Utilize hands-on experience in Linux-based development, performance tuning, and system-level programming using Golang. - Demonstrate proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, etc., along with CI/CD automation and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. - Communicate effectively to align technical vision with business goals, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration across teams and geographies. - Showcase leadership skills by mentoring engineering teams, providing technical recommendations, and conducting code reviews. - Participate in system design, architecture, and the development of PO Qualifications Required: - Seasoned software engineer with 10+ years of experience. - Strong background in AWS, Golang, and relevant technologies. - Proven track record in leading engineering projects and mentoring teams. - Excellent communicator with leadership skills. - Experience in system design, architecture, and developing PO (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
