The solution consolidates scheduling, staff and inventory management, document handling, communication, and compliance into one integrated platform, delivering a seamless experience for clinic teams and administrators.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to define, design, and oversee the technical architecture of Clinic management platform . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring scalability, performance, and security across the platform, while guiding development teams on best practices in modern web application design. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in React, Angular 2+ (Angular 10+ preferred), Node.js, and GraphQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end system architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Oversee architectural decisions across the frontend (React, Angular) and backend (Node.js, GraphQL) components.
• Design and optimize GraphQL schemas, resolvers, and APIs for high-performance data exchange.
• Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC), authentication, and secure data management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product owners, UI/UX teams, and development leads.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines to ensure maintainable, scalable, and reusable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conducting code and design reviews.
• Contribute to the design of cloud deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Proven expertise in:
• React.js and Angular 2+ (preferably Angular 10 or higher). - MUST
• Node.js (Express or NestJS preferred). - MUST
• GraphQL (schema design, query optimization, and integration strategies). -MUST
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (WebSockets or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to design for scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare technology or clinic management solutions.
• Familiarity with data security frameworks (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of TypeScript, caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached), and graph databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
