Job Description

What will your role look like

Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes across ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
Help develop standards and best practices for maintaining ServiceNow architecture and platform health.
Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to drive adoption and desired business outcomes.
Provide technical evaluation of demands against platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
Guide ServiceNow platform design, including considerations for integrations, performance, and scalability.
Offer technical guidance, configuration standards, and code review support to ensure platform excellence.
Assess instance health, including performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security, and support remediation as needed.
Support additional ServiceNow capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence (PI), Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA), and Now Assist (NA).

Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
Certifications in ServiceNow HR or ITIL Foundation.
Ability to establish enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategies.
Proven expertise in platform governance, standardization, and best practices.
Experience mentoring teams and guiding technical delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Strong understanding of platform upgrades, new feature enablement, and technical risk mitigation.

Good-to-have skills

Experience with Predictive Intelligence (PI), Performance Analytics (PA), Virtual Agent (VA), and Now Assist (NA).
Familiarity with ServiceNow HealthScan assessments and platform-wide performance monitoring.
Knowledge of integration design, customizations, and enterprise-scale deployment considerations.
Ability to lead a platform-focused team driving innovation, value, and adoption.
