Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual with over 5 years of experience, aspiring to grow as a Senior Engineer in a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate should possess professional skills and experience that contribute to optimizing operations, maximizing machine efficiency, ensuring a safe work environment, and supporting the company’s growth.

Required Experience:

Hands-on experience in burner installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support across various appliances such as:

• Boilers

• Thermic Fluid Heaters

• Hot Water Generators

• Hot Air Generators

• Ovens, etc.

Experience across industries including:

• Manufacturing

• Automobile

• Food Processing

• Pharmaceutical, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

-Installation & commissioning of Burners & accessories e.g. O2 trim module, VFDs and FD Fan, Load Controllers, fuel systems like a gas train and oil pump station with their SOVs, Pressure gauges & switches, Sensors, etc. 

- Commissioning of the burner control panel, HMI, switchgear, PLC communication between burner controller and appliance control system via Modbus and modifications as per appliance design & requirement. 

- Burner maintenance and health inspection under AMC. Fuel-Air ratio setting, combustion analysis for efficiency improvement, parts replacement, parameters backup, and maintaining service reports. - Attending breakdown calls, providing technical support, and giving suggestions to procuring consumable spares to avoid delays in resolution. 

- Carrying out retrofit/sales visits, helping them to modify an old system and select the suitable model of the burner as per appliance requirements and application, and follow-ups with customers to convert the sales visit into orders. 

- Maintaining a professional appearance and manner, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so helping to promote the image of the Company 

-Providing support and co-operation to the management and colleagues and being prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.
