Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Senior SEO Specialist. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, implementing on-page SEO strategies, and link building. Additionally, the role involves analyzing web analytics to enhance SEO performance and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to develop and execute effective SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership:

   Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies and roadmaps to meet aggressive growth targets.

• Technical SEO:

   Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve complex issues related to site architecture, crawling, indexing, site speed, and rendering. Oversee site migrations and core web vitals optimization.

• Content & Keyword Strategy:

   Lead keyword research and strategy, identifying high-value opportunities for content expansion and optimization. Guide content teams to align with SEO goals and user intent.

• On-Page Optimization:

   Direct the optimization of website content, metadata, and schema markup across landing pages and blog content to maximize search visibility.

• Off-Page & Authority Building:

   Develop and execute advanced link-building and digital PR campaigns to build domain authority and brand visibility.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

   Analyze and interpret performance data from tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio, and Ahrefs. Create executive-level reports on KPIs, ROI, and market trends to inform business strategy.

• Local SEO Management:

   Oversee and optimize our local search presence, including Google Business Profile management and local citation strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Act as the SEO subject matter expert, collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices across all digital initiatives.

• Innovation:

   Stay ahead of the latest search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of achieving significant organic ranking improvements and managing successful SEO projects from conception to execution.

• Technical & Tool Mastery:

   Expert in GA4, Search Console, GTM, and platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS.

• Strategic Expertise:

   Deep understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and the digital marketing landscape. Proven ability to conduct technical audits and provide solutions.

• Analytical & Leadership Skills:

   Exceptional ability to derive insights from data and translate them into strategy. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
