Experience: 3 – 7 Years in SEO (Healthcare/Fertility domain preferred)

Job Summary:

India IVF is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across our website and 6+ fertility clinics. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare SEO, be proficient with Google My Business (GMB), and understand emerging AI-powered search trends such as SGE (Search Generative Experience), voice search, and ranking in AI Overviews (ChatGPT, Gemini, Bing Copilot).

Key Responsibilities:1. Website SEO & Content Optimization

• Conduct keyword research around fertility topics (IVF, IUI, ICSI, AMH, PCOS, low sperm count, etc.)
• Optimize treatment pages, location-specific landing pages, and blog content
• Create and optimize content for featured snippets, SGE panels, AI overviews, and voice queries
• Ensure accuracy, empathy, and compliance in web content through collaboration with medical teams
• Develop topic clusters, pillar content, and internal linking strategies

2. Technical & Performance SEO

• Perform regular technical SEO audits (404s, redirects, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
• Collaborate with tech teams to resolve crawl and speed issues
• Implement structured data/schema for doctors, treatments, clinics, and FAQs

3. Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GMB)

• Set up and manage GMB listings for all India IVF locations
• Optimize GMB with service categories, UTM-tagged CTAs, posts, and local SEO best practices
• Monitor and respond to reviews and Q&A in coordination with clinic teams
• Analyze GMB metrics (views, clicks, form fills) and drive optimizations

4. AI-Driven SEO & Automation

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase, MarketMuse, NeuronWriter) for SEO planning
• Optimize content for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity)
• Track AI Overview/zero-click visibility
• Automate audits and reporting via Looker Studio, Zapier, or Python scripts (optional)

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver monthly performance reports covering:
• Organic traffic & keyword rankings
• SEO & GMB lead attribution
• SGE/AI Overview presence
• Clinic-wise SEO growth
• Share insights and optimization strategies with the digital marketing team

Key Tools & Platforms:

• SEO Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase, NeuronWriter
• CMS & Technical Tools: WordPress, RankMath/Yoast, GTMetrix, Google PageSpeed
• Reporting: Looker Studio, Zapier (optional for automation)

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of SEO experience (at least 1–2 years in healthcare/IVF/hospitals/diagnostics)
• Deep understanding of medical content standards (MCI, ASCI), YMYL/E-A-T principles
• Hands-on knowledge of local and technical SEO best practices
• Strong content and analytics skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with HTML, schema markup, WordPress CMS, and automation tools
• SEO certifications (Google, SEMrush, HubSpot) preferred
