Together, we’re building a digital ecosystem that reflects our values—elegance, strategy, and innovation. We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to lead our online visibility and manage a high-performing digital team across both brands.

Role Overview

You’ll drive SEO and employer branding across our websites and social platforms. From technical audits to team leadership, your role blends hands-on execution with creative direction—ensuring our brands rank high, look sharp, and attract the right talent and audience.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

· Optimize both websites for search engines (technical SEO, on-page/off-page, mobile responsiveness)

· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategy

· Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

· Ensure metadata, schema markup, and internal linking are aligned with brand goals

Employer Branding & Content Optimization

· Collaborate with HR and marketing to amplify employer visibility online

· Guide content creators on SEO-friendly job posts, blogs, and landing pages

· Align messaging with brand tone—luxury and aspirational for Interiosplash, strategic and inclusive for Paperloft

· Support recruitment campaigns with optimized career pages and outreach content

Digital Team Leadership

· Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (content, design, outreach)

· Set KPIs, manage workflows, and ensure timely execution of campaigns

· Coordinate with founders and brand leads for strategic alignment

Reporting & Innovation

· Present monthly SEO and branding performance reports

· Stay updated on algorithm changes and digital trends

· Recommend platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and website

Requirements

· 3–6 years of SEO experience, preferably in design, luxury, or education sectors

· Strong grasp of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics tools

· Experience leading or mentoring a digital team

· Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

· Bonus: Experience in the interior design industry will be a strong advantage

· Extra points for Canva fluency, basic HTML/CSS, and employer branding know-how

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
