The Senior Salesforce Administrator will ensure the smooth and strategic operation of Better Cotton’s global Salesforce platform by maintaining system reliability, ensuring data integrity, and supporting continuous improvement. You will serve as a trusted partner to teams worldwide, ensuring our CRM system is optimised and aligned with organisational priorities.

The Challenge

Looking ahead to 2030, we aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from cotton production by half, significantly cut synthetic pesticide use, improve soil health across our network, enhance farm incomes, and support women’s empowerment among farmers and farm workers.

As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will ensure that our global teams are equipped with the tools, data, and systems they need to deliver against these goals efficiently and effectively. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and sustainability, ensuring our CRM platform supports collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and innovation across the organisation.

We are seeking a motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our IT & Data function within the Finance and Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Salesforce ecosystem to support Better Cotton’s global operations.

  • Operational Support: Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 Salesforce support tickets, ensuring user queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • System Administration: Monitor platform health, manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions, and conduct regular maintenance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to Salesforce workflows, automations, and integrations to improve user experience and data quality.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and regions to understand needs, advise on CRM use, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Project Support: Contribute to Salesforce-related projects by assisting with testing, configuration, and data preparation.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support onboarding and team learning.
