Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Ambala. The Senior Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a client portfolio, and build strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing key support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities to foster effective client relationships.
• Capability to perform market research, identify trends, and adapt strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, effective sales reporting, and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• A track record of successfully reaching and exceeding individual and team sales goals is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
