Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager/Sr. Sales Manager (Sales) located in Delhi, India. The Manager/Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and managing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with other departments to drive business success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
