Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support to existing clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation:  Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our ERP solutions.  Qualify leads by gathering information about the prospect's business requirements Customer Engagement:  Initiate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.  Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our ERP solutions.
