Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales—specifically in data security and data backup solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on B2B sales across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell IT hardware, data security, and backup solutions to corporate clients
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Generate and close leads within SMB and enterprise segments
* Develop and maintain strong OEM relationships
* Understand and position solutions like:
- Endpoint Security, DLP, NGFW, MDM
- Server/Desktop Backup, Replication, Helpdesk, Asset Mgmt.
* Conduct client meetings and product demos
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solution sales in Mumbai/Maharashtra
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
