Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to expedite policy issuance while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Keep clients informed about the status of their applications and provide timely updates throughout the issuance process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to expand the company s network and generate potential leads.
Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
