Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business growth.

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development and Logistics Industry
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Relationship Building
• Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
• Experience in using CRM software and sales tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is beneficial
