Key Responsibilities:Create innovative interior design concepts and detailed layouts for residential, commercial, and modular spaces. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, mood boards, and presentation decks using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop). Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, and deliver design solutions accordingly. Oversee site execution and coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Select appropriate materials, color palettes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements based on design concepts. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines. Conduct site visits, quality checks, and handle client meetings during all project phases. Stay updated with industry trends, modern design techniques, and material innovations. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. 3+ years of proven work experience in interior design and site execution. Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of completed interior projects.
