Senior Interior project manager

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, design preferences, functional needs, budget, and timeline.
• Develop project scope, define deliverables, create schedules and project plans.
• Prepare and manage budgets (cost estimates), including BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material and labor cost projections.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, equipment, and all necessary supplies.
• Oversee and supervise site activities: contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers; ensure execution is as per design, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress against schedule; adjust plans and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check workmanship, material usage, finishing details etc.
• Resolve any issues / constraints (design conflicts, delays, vendor problems, site issues) promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building / fire / electrical codes, and any other statutory rules.
• Maintain high quality & aesthetic standards, following the design vision.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders: updates, reports, status, changes.
• Maintain all project documentation: contracts, drawings, permits, change orders, site photos, invoices etc.
• Handle project hand-over: final inspection, snagging, client approvals, final billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
