Job Description

Title: Interior Telecaller (Female)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Female Telecaller for our Interior Design Company.
The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining our interior design services, and converting leads into appointments or sales.

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Handle incoming calls, queries, and follow-ups related to interior design projects.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/design team.
Build good customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve daily and monthly calling or conversion targets.
Coordinate with sales and design teams for client updates.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
Polite, professional, and confident on phone calls.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic computer handling.
Ability to understand client requirements and present company offerings clearly.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
