Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Senior Telecalling Officers to join our Collections team at HDB Financial Services. The role involves contacting customers for payment reminders, managing overdue accounts, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments.
Provide payment reminders and explain account details professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Negotiate and follow up on payment commitments.
Ensure adherence to company policies and RBI guidelines.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with field collection teams when necessary.

Requirements:
Education: HSC / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: 6 months – 3 years in BPO / Collections / Telecalling preferred
Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Customer handling & negotiation ability
