Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in West Delhi. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and strategizing to enhance market share. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales metrics, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills with experience in leading and managing sales teams
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market analysis, and key account management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
