Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Pune. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, build client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, conducting market analysis, managing key accounts, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams for process alignment and implementing initiatives to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management
Proficiency in market analysis, key account management, and contract negotiation
Leadership and team management skills to oversee and motivate the sales team
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the storage or real estate industry is a plus
