Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager – Door Division to lead and grow our furniture door systems category. This includes modular cabinet doors, wardrobe shutters, sliding door systems, and other custom panel solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales function for the Door Division within the furniture segment.
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with furniture manufacturers, interior designers, architects, and project developers.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, channel development, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and production teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory expansion roadmaps.
  • Monitor competition, customer preferences, and industry trends to adapt and refine sales approaches.
  • Build and mentor a team of sales executives focused on the door division.
  • Manage key customer relationships, handle negotiations, and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior leadership.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).

8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in modular furniture, interior solutions, or building materials.

Deep understanding of furniture door systems including materials, finishes, mechanisms, and production timelines.

Strong sales acumen and experience in solution selling to OEMs, architects, and channel partners.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel across regions as required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with modular kitchen, wardrobe, and sliding door hardware systems.
