Role Overview

The Senior Sales Head will lead the growth and expansion of Classess® School & College Software and LMS solutions. This leadership role is responsible for driving institutional sales, building strategic partnerships, scaling revenue, and positioning Classess® as a preferred digital learning platform across K–12 schools and higher education institutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute end-to-end sales strategy for Classess® LMS & School/College Management Software
  • Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams (field sales, inside sales, channel partners)

Institutional Outreach & Partnerships

  • Engage with school principals, college management, trustees, HODs, and decision-makers
  • Drive institutional onboarding for Classess.com
  • Establish partnerships with education groups, franchises, and academic networks

Product Demonstration & Closures

  • Lead high-impact product demos, presentations, and workshops for institutions
  • Handle enterprise-level negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to align solutions with institutional needs

Market Expansion & Brand Growth

  • Identify new markets, regions, and verticals for Classess®
  • Analyze competitor LMS/ERP offerings and refine go-to-market strategies
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and lead generation

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–12+ years of experience in EdTech / SaaS / LMS / ERP sales
  • Strong network across schools, colleges, and universities
  • Proven success in closing large institutional and subscription-based deals
  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling AI-driven education platforms
  • Exposure to K–12, Higher Education, or large education chains
  • Understanding of LMS adoption, digital transformation, and academic workflows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
