Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, R&D laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
  • Effectively promote and sell equipment including

    stability chambers, environmental chambers, ovens, autoclaves

    , and related scientific instruments.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience

    in

    B2B technical sales

    , particularly in

    pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment

    .
  • In-depth knowledge of products such as

    stability chambers, environmental testing systems, ovens, and autoclaves

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mandatory understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH Guidelines
