We are currently seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team and drive sales growth across our key product lines. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, R&D laboratories, and healthcare institutions. Effectively promote and sell equipment including stability chambers, environmental chambers, ovens, autoclaves , and related scientific instruments. Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide regular insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales , particularly in pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment . In-depth knowledge of products such as stability chambers, environmental testing systems, ovens, and autoclaves . Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes and closing high-value deals. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, meetings, and industry events. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Mandatory understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ICH Guidelines .
