Job Description

We are hiring energetic Sales Executives for Bank of Baroda. This role focuses on customer acquisition, promoting banking products, and helping customers choose suitable financial services. Ideal for young, motivated candidates who wish to build a career in banking sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for Bank of Baroda’s retail products.
  • Promote Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, FDs, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Loans.
  • Conduct field visits, generate leads, and manage follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain daily reporting and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-focused.
  • Freshers can apply (training provided).
  • Age must be 20–28 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹158,821.34 - ₹355,583.85 per year
