Job Description

1. Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and repeat business. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Business Development Identify new business opportunities, markets, and segments. Develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings. 4. Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams. Mentor junior sales executives and guide them in achieving their goals. Share market feedback and competitor insights with management. 5. Negotiation & Closing Deals Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Lead negotiations with key clients to close profitable deals. Ensure compliance with company pricing and policies. 6. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare regular reports. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions. Recommend improvements in sales strategies. Additional Responsibilities (depending on industry/company) Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations or training for clients. Coordinate with finance for timely invoicing and payment collection. Monitor competitor activity and suggest counter-strategies. Support in creating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
