Position: The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our interior design company. With 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the interior design industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, online platforms).
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring the best possible terms for both the client and the company.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and products to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Material Selection: Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials, coordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure customer expectations are met throughout the design and implementation process.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Post-Sales Support: Provide after-sales support to clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the interior design industry. Initial Site Visit: Conduct a site visit once before the project starts to verify compliance with design specifications and identify any potential issues.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Previous 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry or related fields.
Preferred Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Kannada is mandatory.
Salary: 4.8LPA to 6LPA
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence clients.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Tech Savy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Customer-Centric: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
