Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Mawana. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting predetermined sales targets. This role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, attending client meetings, preparing sales presentations, and contributing to the overall growth of Paytm's market presence.

• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong understanding of payment solutions and financial services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the fintech or payment
