Job Description

A Senior Sales Executive drives revenue by creating sales strategies, finding new clients, and managing key accounts, focusing on exceeding targets through relationship building, market analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration, often involving leadership, negotiation, and mentoring junior staff to achieve growth goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to increase market share and achieve sales quotas.
  • Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and identify new prospects.
  • Revenue Growth: Secure new deals, close complex sales, and drive overall business expansion.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for product/process improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to align efforts and support goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales data and prepare performance reports.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior sales staff, lead by example, and provide constructive feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
