Job Description (JD) for a Sales Executive responsible for B2C & B2B sales of Decals and Scale Models in India and Global markets:   Job Title: Sales Executive – B2C & B2B (Decals & Scale Models):   Department: Sales & Business Development Location: [Onsite] Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head / Director Experience: 2–5 Years in Domestic & International Sales (preferably in hobby, collectibles, printing, or e-commerce industries)   Job Summary:   We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive B2C and B2B sales of Decals and Scale Models across Indian and Global markets. This role involves lead generation, sales pipeline management, account handling, relationship building, and achieving monthly revenue targets across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and direct clients.   Key Responsibilities:   B2C Sales (Retail / Direct-to-Consumer): ·      Manage online sales through company website, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and Shopify. ·      Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discount strategies, and loyalty programs. ·      Coordinate with marketing team for product listings, social media campaigns, and retargeting ads. ·      Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. ·      Monitor consumer trends and feedback to recommend new SKUs and bundles. B2B Sales (Bulk / Institutional / Distributors): ·      Identify, approach, and close deals with hobby stores, distributors, model kit manufacturers, and design studios. ·      Create tailored proposals, MOQ pricing, and long-term partnership terms. ·      Attend/represent company at trade shows, expos, and virtual B2B platforms. ·      Build relationships with commission model builders, artists, and scale model manufacturers. ·      Track bulk inventory and coordinate with production/logistics for timely fulfillment. Lead Generation & CRM: ·      Generate and qualify leads via email outreach, LinkedIn, directories, and industry networks. ·      Maintain and update CRM system (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) for pipeline visibility and follow-up tracking. ·      Collaborate with digital marketing to drive inbound lead conversion.         Reporting & Insights: ·      Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue targets, and funnel stages. ·      Analyse competitor pricing, demand patterns, and global trends to suggest action plans. ·      Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams for order fulfilment updates.   Key Skills & Qualifications:   ·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). ·      2–5 years of experience in domestic and/or international sales (preferably in e-commerce or manufacturing). ·      Familiarity with marketplaces (Etsy, eBay, Amazon), CRM tools, and B2B sales platforms (Indiamart, Alibaba, Faire). ·      Excellent spoken and written communication in English (other languages a plus). ·      Passion or familiarity with the scale modelling or decals industry is highly preferred. ·      Ability to work independently and in target-driven environments.   Preferred Tools & Platform Knowledge:   ·      Amazon/eBay / Etsy seller dashboards (B2C) ·      Alibaba (B2B) ·      Odoo CRM ·      Shopify / WooCommerce ·      WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite ·      Excel / Google Sheets for sales tracking   Compensation & Benefits:   ·      Fixed monthly salary + performance-linked incentive/commission ·      Sales bonuses for exceeding targets ·      Opportunity to represent the brand in global hobbyist markets   Career Growth Path:   Sales Executive → Sr. Sales Executive → Sales Manager → Global Sales Head
