You’ll get practical exposure to CAD modelling, prototype development, design validation, and working in a fast-paced, innovation-centric environment.   Key Responsibilities:   ·      Assist senior designers in developing 3D models, assemblies, and drawings. ·      Participate in ideation, sketching, and early-stage concept development. ·      Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities. ·      Use design tools (Fusion 360, CATIA, Blender, etc.) to create part models and renderings. ·      Document designs with BOMs, technical drawings, and revision logs. ·      Learn and apply principles of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and mechanical fit/function. ·      Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams on assigned projects.   What We’re Looking For:   ·      Final-year students or recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Industrial Design. ·      Basic proficiency in at least two of the following tools: o  Fusion 360 o  CATIA V5/V6 o  CREO V11/V12 o  Blender o  SolidWorks / Rhino / Creo (optional bonus) ·      Strong design intent, curiosity, and willingness to learn. ·      Understanding of basic engineering principles, materials, and tolerances. ·      Good communication and team collaboration skills. ·      A portfolio or examples of previous academic/independent design projects is a plus.   What You’ll Gain:   ·      Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and workflows. ·      Exposure to real-world product development cycles. ·      Opportunity to build your portfolio with live projects. ·      Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation (based on performance). ·      Potential path to full-time placement for high-performing candidates.   Duration & Stipend:   ·      Duration: 3 to 6 Months ·      Pay: ₹ 10,000 to 20,000 per month (Commensurate to the Skill, Knowledge & Experience)   To Apply:   Send your updated CV and portfolio link (if available) to [careers@hobbyistdecals.com] Use the subject line: “Application – Product Design Junior Designer”
