The Role: We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team and ensure the seamless execution of sales processes. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, manage customer interactions, and collaborate across departments to drive efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Support Sales Team: Assist in identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and preparing presentations and proposals. Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks such as checking stock availability, generating invoices, and coordinating shipments. Customer Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and customer interaction records in CRM systems, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to support decision-making. Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, prepare materials for sales meetings, and organize sales events to support the sales team’s effectiveness. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a smooth and integrated sales process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably with knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, Unity, Adobe, and Autodesk products.
