Inside Sales Representative


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively conduct

    outbound sales activities

    —lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and qualification of opportunities.
  • Manage and respond to

    inbound leads and client queries

    through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  • Develop and maintain

    long-term relationships with clients

    , understanding their requirements and offering tailored hardware/software solutions.
  • Consistently

    achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

    , contributing directly to business growth.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to execute

    strategic campaigns

    that drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–10 years of inside sales experience
