Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes daily tasks such as reaching out to potential clients, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
