Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for order processing, handling customer complaints, coordinating with departments like Quality Control, Production, and Store. Additionally, you will handle ISO audit documentation, customer audits, export documentation, customer inquiries, maintain product and customer masters, and gather information from clients. Managing social media accounts is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Process orders and handle customer complaints - Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and Store departments - Manage ISO audit documentation and handle customer audits - Familiarity with export documentation - Handle customer inquiries and maintain product and customer masters - Gather information from clients - Manage social media accounts Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of work experience preferred - Proficiency in English preferred Additional Details: This is a full-time position located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra with benefits including Provident Fund.
