Senior Sales Coordinator

1. Sales Support & Coordination: Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders for IT products. Coordinate with field sales team for customer requirements and pricing. Maintain follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, and order status. 2. Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries related to IT products. Provide product information, pricing support, and delivery updates. Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication. 3. Order Processing & Documentation: Process sales orders in ERP/CRM systems. Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and accounts departments for order execution. Manage documentation such as POs, invoices, delivery challans, warranty details. 4. Coordination with Vendors: Get pricing from OEMs, distributors, and channel partners. Compare quotes and support the sales team with best pricing options. 5. Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Track enquiries, orders, pending approvals, and dispatch status. Maintain customer and sales data accurately. 6. IT Product Knowledge: Good understanding of laptops, desktops, servers, printers, networking devices, and software licenses. Suggest alternate or equivalent models based on customer needs. Required Skills: Strong communication & coordination skills Knowledge of IT products (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Adobe, Microsoft) Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM tools Quotation & documentation handling Customer and vendor management Qualification: Any degree (preferably with IT/Business background) HR CONTACT : 7845764900 / 7708110473
