Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Sales Coordinator role is based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing daily sales coordination tasks, such as liaising with customers, processing orders, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue objectives. The selected individual will maintain customer relationships through effective communication and efficient service while ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales management
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively
• Experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
