Ltd., a leading name in the fasteners industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and support sales operations for both UAE and Indian customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer handling. The role includes managing inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing for domestic and international clients. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with UAE and Indian clients for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups. Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, proforma invoices, and export-related paperwork. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Work closely with logistics and production teams for timely order processing and dispatch. Maintain accurate customer communication records, sales data, and reports. Respond to client calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and accuracy. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English proficiency is essential. Experience handling international clients (especially UAE) is an added advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
