Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution Support development & execution of sales strategies to meet AOP & growth targets. Conduct daily calls with regional teams (RSMs, ASMs, SOs). Drive accountability via structured reporting and reviews. Track daily/weekly distributor sales performance. CRM Management & Optimization Administer & optimize CRM tools (MyCo, Bizom, etc.). Ensure real-time, accurate data input from field teams. Build CRM dashboards for pipeline, conversion, counter productivity. Train teams on CRM usage to improve visibility & lead tracking. Performance Tracking & Reporting Consolidate data from zones, depots, CRM into daily/weekly/monthly reports. Analyze KPIs: billing, collections, order fulfillment, active counters. Present insights to leadership for action and decisions. Process Improvement Create and implement SOPs for sales coordination, order flow, claim management. Identify and fix operational gaps across depots. Improve distributor servicing, reporting, and stock visibility processes. Forecasting & Planning Align sales forecasts with production and dispatch schedules. Lead monthly forecasting & target planning reviews. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for depot stock availability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, finance, logistics, customer service. Support product launches, campaigns, trade schemes. Act as communication bridge between depots, distributors, HO. Collections & Revenue Follow-Up Drive collection reviews weekly/monthly. Coordinate with finance for monitoring dues, credit notes, reconciliations. Share aging reports & follow-up status with management. Incentive & Compensation Programs Design and monitor sales incentive programs with HR & finance. Ensure transparency and accurate tracking of incentives. Billing & Revenue Operations Oversee order-to-cash process & ensure accurate billing. Coordinate timely order processing with depots. Monitor credit utilization and policy compliance. Team Support & Enablement Provide data insights, tools, and structured communication to regional teams. Conduct training & capability-building for support staff. Facilitate feedback flow between regions and head office. Client & Distributor Coordination Support key distributor meetings and follow-ups. Maintain structured follow-ups on orders, collections, claims. Build strong distributor relationships through transparent communication.
