About the Role:


Senior Sales Consultant


B2B sales


The Senior Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in establishing Optisol as the preferred nano-coating solution in the renewable sector by connecting with solar EPCs, developers, O&M companies, and large-scale asset owners.

Experience:


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the

    solar and renewable energy

    sector.
  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with EPC companies, developers, and O&M partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics.
  • Represent Optisol at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Provide inputs for marketing strategies, promotional materials, and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and forecasting dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.


You Should Have:


  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales

    (preferably in solar, industrial, or technical product domain).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Sound understanding of the

    renewable energy and solar industry ecosystem

    .
  • Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about sustainability and clean technology.
  • Good proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
