About the Role: We are seeking to hire a Senior Sales Consultant who will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion for Optisol across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales , renewable energy (especially solar) , or industrial product marketing , and a proven ability to manage client relationships, close deals, and deliver measurable results. The Senior Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in establishing Optisol as the preferred nano-coating solution in the renewable sector by connecting with solar EPCs, developers, O&M companies, and large-scale asset owners. Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Sales (Renewable / Industrial / Coating / EPC Domain Preferred) Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector. Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with EPC companies, developers, and O&M partners. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify sales trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics. Represent Optisol at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Provide inputs for marketing strategies, promotional materials, and product enhancements based on customer feedback. Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and forecasting dashboards. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. You Should Have: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in solar, industrial, or technical product domain). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client relationship management abilities. Sound understanding of the renewable energy and solar industry ecosystem . Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about sustainability and clean technology. Good proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
