Position Overview:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between clients, the sales team, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely delivery and billing.
• Handle client communication through calls and emails professionally.
• Maintain and update customer data, order status, and reports.
• Follow up with clients for order confirmation, delivery, and payments.
• Assist in managing ISO and internal documentation related to sales.
• Support senior management in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (preferably in the steel, engineering, or manufacturing sector).
• Excellent communication and written English.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
