Job Description

As a Part-Time Sales Consultant at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the client base. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and prospecting efforts. - Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Sales Closing & Negotiation: Close deals by effectively presenting design solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make strategic sales decisions. - Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system for effective reporting and analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, with a focus on the design, digital, events, or marketing industries. - Demonstrated success in lead generation and deal closure within a commission-based or target-driven environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly and effectively. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure profitable deals and partnerships. - Familiarity with digital design services such as 3D, UI/UX, virtual events, and branding is advantageous. - Comfortable with networking and proactive outreach to expand the client base. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, although relevant experience will be highly valued. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure where you will earn a competitive percentage of revenue generated from new client projects secured successfully.
